Bible Gateway – www.biblegateway.com The Bible Gateway was created and is maintained by a team of Christian technologists who are dedicated to spreading the Gospel by means of the internet and other media. You can look up scriptures quickly by verse or keywords in numerous languages and translations. Some are even available in audio format. It’s a great resource for any Christian to have at hand (well, or at keyboard)!
Biblos – www.biblos.com Biblos, the Greek word for book and the first word of the New Testament, is a root of “Bible” in English and many other languages, including “Bibel” in German and “Biblia” in Latin and Spanish. Their mission is as follows: 1) Increase the visibility and accessibility of the Scriptures online; 2) Provide free access to Bible study tools in many languages; 3) Promote the Gospel of Christ through the learning, study and application of God’s word. Folks, this is a one-stop shop for all Christians; those who want to find devotions and basic helps, as well as the serious Bible student aspiring to be a theologian! Out of all of the various websites I have visited, this one is at the top three. Enjoy!

Crosswalk.com is built around four primary content areas – Faith, Family, Fun and Community. Each category is further subdivided into areas of significance to many Christians, including Bible Study, Devotionals, Marriage, Parenting, Music, etc. Within this framework, they work hard to provide timely, relevant, life-enhancing material from qualified, respected Christian sources, including major ministries such as Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, The Bible Answerman and Insight For Living.

Radio Bible Class (RBC) and Our Daily Bread – www.rbc.org www.odb.org Throughout RBC’s history, they have been teaching the Word of God so as to lead people of all nations to personal faith and maturity in Christ. They accomplish this through every method and medium available. As for who they are trying to reach—their audiences are as diverse as their methods. They include pastors, counselors, lay persons, TV and radio stations, prisons, schools, businesses—any organization with resources that can touch families, friends, churches, and client networks. The idea is that every person they reach has the potential to shine—to spread the gospel just as Jesus commanded. The Our Daily Bread (ODB) is RBC’s daily devotional and is available online and in print to peoples in over 40 languages. Greek NT Gateway – www.ntgateway.com/greek-ntgateway/ Occasionally, I will have brothers and sisters in Christ asking for resources on Koine (Biblical) Greek and other topics that help in gaining a deeper understanding of certain texts. The Greek NT Gateway is a Greek Study section of the larger website, NT Gateway, an excellent resource for both students and scholars of the New Testament. Their description is as follows. “The New Testament Gateway is a comprehensive directory of academic internet resources related to the New Testament. It is divided into several sub-directories and dozens of pages, each relating to a specific topic. Every link is annotated. The annotations help users to pinpoint the information for which they are looking. The New Testament Gateway focuses on resources that will be of interest to both scholars and students of the New Testament.” Take a look … I think you will be impressed and have a super resource for studying God’s Word!
Codex Sinaiticus Project – www.codexsinaiticus.org/en/ Codex Sinaiticus is one of the most important books in the world. Handwritten well over 1600 years ago, the manuscript contains the Christian Bible in Greek, including the oldest complete copy of the New Testament. Its heavily corrected text is of outstanding importance for the history of the Bible and the manuscript – the oldest substantial book to survive Antiquity – is of supreme importance for the history of the book. This website offers a fully digitized copy of the manuscript for you to look at. It’s a really incredible project and service to Christians around the world!
The Jesus Film Project – www.jesusfilm.org As stated in their website, the goal of The JESUS Film Project is to help share Jesus with everyone in his or her own heart language using media tools and movement building strategies. The JESUS Film Project distributes the film “JESUS,” a two-hour docudrama about the life of Christ based on the Gospel of Luke. The film has been seen in every country of the world and translated into hundreds of languages since its initial release in 1979. Their goal is to reach every nation, tribe, people and tongue, helping them see and hear the story of Jesus in a language they can understand. One of them is Jentezen Franklin and this is his web site on fasting. Although there are many things offered as retail, I am including this as a great website because he offers a great deal of free content as well, including instructional and inspirational videos to help you in your journey of fasting.
